In a perfect world, every street, avenue, dirt road, and paved surface would have a photo that showed us what the road has in store for us up ahead.
In our eyes, it's rather comical that we have photos of galaxies 13.4 billion light years away, but we don't have photos of the other side of some mountains here on earth.
That's where we come in.
This is called a "Nadir patch"
Nadir is the bottom of any 360° photo, usually where the cameraman or the ground is.
Your Zenith is the top of any 360° photo, typically above the camera, like the sky, or ceiling of the photo.
In 95% of all 360° photography, your Nadir is where the Nadir patch would go, simply due to the immediate ground being unimportant. However, in photos taken from airplanes, your Zenith would be where the Zenith patch would go, as the plane the camera is attached to is relatively unimportant.
Here's how we operate
By sponsoring our company, we add your logo to our Google Street View images via a Nadir patch. You receive thousands of miles of completely uncontested, relevant ad space, while we are able to scout out the trails, roads, and paths of Utah, and eventually the entire West. This video below shows a mock Nadir patch, used for demostration purposes only
Why a Nadir patch?
Ads stay up for years
Most Google Street View images are replaced only once every seven to eight years. Off-road images tend to be replaced much less, meaning your logo will stick
Uncontested, Relevant Ad Space
No more contesting for billboard or Facebook ad space. With thousands of miles of off-road trails, people who are looking into these images are more than likely outdoorsmen, saving you money by placing your ad where relevant people will see it.
Growing your consumer base
With your logo in places your future consumers are looking at, your name will be the first they encounter. We are expanding your line of product (surveying new roads), so your product (off-road equipment) can be used more, which brings in more clients, and the cycles keeps repeating
Expanding Utah's off-road horizons
You will help grow not only your business, your consumer base, and your product line, you're also helping us discover and capture the full beauty of this state. We love Utah, it's time we showed her off to inferior states.
What does this cost?
DirtyBirdy charges by the photographed mile.
With Utah's vast geographic diversity, giving a custom, itemized quote for each order would be a nightmare. To simplify it for both parties, charging by distance stops a lot of headaches.
However, since trails don't have mile markers like regular roads, we give out quotes using our software to determine distances of requested routes. When quote is agreed upon, we go out, take the photos, and have them uploaded within 90 days.
No extra charges, no extra fees, one payment, lots of results.
